Born and brought up in Ethiopia, Dr. Karin Davies is a retired pediatrician and former nurse. After retirement, she received a Rotary Foundation Global Grant to work with a medical university to develop a training program to teach medical professionals in Ethiopia about newborn resuscitation skills.
